Term & Conditions

When you order in champorchampor every product is handmade and baked fresh and we produced in limited quantities (especially customized orders), so in some instances, same-day delivery is not available. We deliver them in the best possible condition on the available delivery date only. Our products can be collected personally or have the delivered to a requested address
We are also a demo kitchen for Sri Manisan Sdn Bhd and a micro-bakery that produces and sells flour-based food baked in an oven such as bread, cookies, cakes, pastries, and pies.

Delivery Policy

Deliveries ONLY available on Tuesday & Friday between 10:00am to 4:00pm (Residential).
No delivery fees will be applicable for Self-pickup. If you wish for self-collection of your order instead of requiring a delivery service, you may choose pickup upon check out.
For multi-level residences, buildings, and shopping malls, please ensure that a person is available to receive the order at the lobby or entrance of the building as our courier is unable to deliver the order straight to your unit. The order will be returned to us if collection is not completed.
For landed properties, please ensure that a person is available to receive the order. The order will be returned to us if collection is not completed.
Please make sure home pets especially big dogs do not scare our delivery drivers.

Delivery Coverage

We cover most of the major areas in Klang Valley. (Kuala Lumpur and selected areas in Selangor). It is our target to cover more areas in Malaysia, so stay tuned!

Particular Time

While we will always try our best to ensure that the delivery is on time, we cannot promise the exact time of arrival for deliveries.

Delivery Fee

Delivery fee are flat RM8 for Klang Valley and address up to 20 km area minimum purchase RM50.
Free Delivery for selected areas only! (with minimum purchase RM50 and above. Please check your postcode at "checkout" page.
For areas that are not in our system please do your own transportation or you can direct WhatsApp us for further assistance.
(Customers who arrange their own transportation assume all responsibility for all damages and shortages once the goods leave the facility).
